This site is designed for the Organizational Leader who may have years of experience or may be new to the system. Often, a club leader may need a form or an answer to a question, and not be able to contact an educator or have the information with them. This site will hopefully have the resources available for "everything you need to know" and just a "click" away! Most of this information is available on the MD 4-H State website or on your county websites; however, it can be in different locations or on different sites. This online handbook will pull all the information together in one place!
