The Carroll County 4-H Youth Development Program offers opportunities for youth ages 5-18 to live, learn, grow, and have fun! Opportunities include club meetings, project activities, contests, camp, fair, and more.
4-H is the youth development branch of Maryland Cooperative Extension. 4-H teaches youth life skills such as responsibility, decision making, public speaking, and leadership. 4-H'ers learn these life skills through hands-on education. Youth choose project areas of interest to them to learn these life skills.
This site will allow you to find out more about the program or help you to "Make The Best Better" as a 4-H member or a volunteer.
