Garrett Preston Rural Dev. Coalition

The Garrett-Preston Rural Development Coalition is a group of concerned people from Garrett County, Md., and Preston County, WV., who joined forces in 2001 to promote regional economic growth and agricultural businesses. The RDC is an open forum thriving on the ideas of everyone in the community.

The RDC has earned the approval and support of the boards of commissioners in both jurisdictions. It operates under a six-member board - three appointed by the commissioners on each county, plus an advisory board.
