ACCESS 4-H - The online 4-H enrollment system. New members can create and submit requests to join Montgomery County 4-H. Existing members can edit their personal records once they have been assigned a Login ID. TO request a Login ID, please email Jeannine Shriver at jshriver@umd.edu
New Enrollment Manual - Step by step directions for a person to apply join Montgomery County 4-H for the first time.
Code of Conduct - All 4-H members and their parent/guardian are required to read and sign this document. It should be returned to their club leader or the Montgomery County 4-H Office.
