Dr. Carmenletta Fletcher supervises the EFNEP program for Prince George's County, Baltimore City, Cecil County, Montgomery County and Somerset County. She has been a youth and adult nutrition educator for EFNEP for over 9 years. Dr. Fletcher has a Master's Degree in Christian Counseling and a Phd in Theology. Her experience serving different communities throughout her career as a Health and Nutrition Educator has been a valuable asset to the program.

Tammy Pryor is Youth and Adult Nutrition Educator in the Cecil County EFNEP office.  She is dedicated to working with limited resource children, families and caregivers to improve health. Tammy uses interactive methods to teach participants about cooking skills, food resource management, food safety, and evidence-based nutrition.

Julie Lee has been with the University of Maryland Extension for little over a year and works as a Nutrition Educator with the Expanded Food and Nutrition Educational Program (EFNEP). She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Natural Science from the University of the West Indies. Julie comes with over fifteen years of experience, coordinating, training and managing programs in the Human Services field. She enjoys cooking, walking and watching movies.

Ellen Howard de Perez is originally from Guatemala and her native language is Spanish.  She has worked for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) since 2009. Her favorite things to do are teaching, cooking, and helping the community which she is able to do as a bilingual Nutrition Educator. Ellen's hobbies include translating/interpreting, dancing, and coordinating events which complement what she does for EFNEP.

Nicole Skorobatsch is a Nutrition Educator in the Somerset County office. She has been a 4-H/EFNEP Nutrition Educator since 2000. With a 4-H and EFNEP split, she provides outreach for school-aged children in the areas of leadership, citizenship, and agriculture education.  Nicole also teaches EFNEP nutrition classes for in-school and after-school programs in Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester counties.
